And then decide/find out what the original color is. It looks more satin rather than flat or matte to me. Then buy some paint spray cans and do a test spray on a random object and see if it is darker. It probably won't match perfectly, but it should be better than the matte that is on there now.
Dupicolor wheel paint is popular.
Matte is usually more greyish than satin.
Start with light coats to slowly go towards the original finish without going past it.

What kind of shop did you get these done at? That's complete garbage. A plain satin black is the easiest colour to match and it looks like they used a "flatter" paint.

Don't do anything to "fix it" you'll just make it worse.
