Hmmm..... well, when I was working on contract as a consultant, the companies I worked for were headquartered in Illinois and Massachusetts and I never paid taxes to those states.

Maybe I didn't because IITRI (Illinois Institute of Technology Research Institute) was a not-for profit organization and TSI (Trans Genetic Sciences) was a venture capital backed, fly by night, biotechnology outfit ......??

If you have some gas in your tank you should be ok but definitely not a good idea to have only e85 with out the tune and oxy sensor.
