Sorry, I am confused...is there any tuning required after install of the d-box, or is it p-n-p? Thanks.

No additional tuning from what I understand. It just smooths out the MAP signal so the ECU doesn't have to make adjustments based on that noisy signal. My tuner just wants to see a log after I install it.

Not if you already have a Delicious tune.

We solved this problem on the sprintex kits with using a factory MAP sensor, but on the edelbrock you can't do that as the flange is different. The d-box will smooth out the signal and reduce the rich spikes which adds a good 15-20 hp and smooths things out. While we though of making a similar product, for what Bill charges for it I can't justify it, so just go for it and grab it. We've dyno'd it and showed those same gains they advertise

The D-box is tuner/tune independent. (but of course you will be tuned if you have the Edelbrock kit installed)

It's just the guys at @DeliciousTuning came up with the solution. As Mike stated above, it corrects a MAP signal issue that is specific to the Edlebrock kit. Just buy it already!

Because nobody is having issues?

About the only time I see all the other FI owners threads get bumped is when somebody is hearing a strange noise/having issues/broke something

Sometimes it feels like I'm the only one keeping an eye on this thread lol. If its any consolation, all the other Edelbrock FB groups are just as dead AF

Nope - I check in on it all the time too; just to see what new products people might have tried with the E-Force, like different cooling solutions etc.

Word on the street is the E-Force kits overheat in summer track sessions.

Anyone here have any experience with that?

Have you guys had a chance to do some testing on your car? Only had one "hot" track day so far (thunderhill). Didn't have any issues, but it only peaked at about mid to high 90's. I'm sure it gets way hotter there in TX.

I do have an oil cooler but stock radiator. Monitored temps with torque: oil temps peaked at about 235F and coolant around 225F. Didn't pay attention to IATs though.

I just ran last Friday... completely stock with Edelbrock, i.e. no oil cooler, temps at 68F as a high. Ran hard over 5 sessions, no issues. Loved the extra power, giving a Pontiac GTO some trouble 😉

Oil, coolant, intake, or under-hood temps? I'd also like to know what 'overheat' values are vs. 'hot' (expected).
