In this case, "gay" is being used as a pejorative - you know, like many other words that have taken on new meaning due to common uses beyond their original intent. If you take all jokes this literally, you're gonna have trouble enjoying this thread.

It's just people on the internet being assholes. We had a huge fight about it like a year ago. Probably the dumbest argument I've engaged in. It was like arguing with a herd of spoiled 4 year olds.

Yeah, I get it. Typically you don't use the word "homosexuals" as the pejorative term.

If you're able to do squats (I'm assuming you have a home gym with just a barbell) you can also do lunges, one leg deadlifts, bulgarian squats, hip thrusts etc. all while using the barbell

That sounds like one hell of a leg day to me.
