1. Do you still love your car after owning it for some time now.

Yes. I have owned an FRS since June of 2012 and i still love it.

2. Would you buy another?

Yes. Im already an owner of 2. and another that I frequently race in. so a total of 4.

3. How would you rank it on reliablilty, performance, joy, comfort. and how it feels.

10 on reliability, 10 on performance, 10 on joy, and 4 on comfort. I love how it feels.

4. what are the pros and cons to you.

Pros- everything.
cons- sometimes, the ac sucks.

5. When if comes to modding, how much of a pain in the ass is it to work on with adding mods

Its very easy to work on.

6(applys to only thos who have performance mods) after you threw your performance mods how is the reliablity and did it make the car better, no change, or worse??

I currently own one with 40k, with intake and exhaust. No issues whatsoever.

my other 2013 with 29k is turbo charged (29k miles turbocharged because i installed the turbo at 6 miles). no issues whatsoever even with countless track days.

7. For the price of 18-22k do you feel the frs/brz is worth the buy.

yes.

just do it.

Not sure, might just keep this one and give it to my son when he is old enough. when that day comes hopefully I'll get a vette or a porsche

3. How would you rank it on reliablilty, performance, joy, and how it feels.
9 out of 10

4. what are the pros and cons to you.
that little torque dip, it's not as fast as the car looks.

5. When if comes to modding, how much of a pain in the ass is it to work on with adding mods

N/A

7. For the price of 18-22k do you feel the frs/brz is worth the buy.

Yep, it would be a good car for you.

It's pretty much what you see is what you get. Don't expect it to get any faster (without modification) nor the backseat to get any bigger......

I got my Subaru BRZ Nov 2013, the early bugs had been worked out.
No mechanical problems. Screechy wet window roll up/down is about the only issue.

I had a 2009 GTI prior. It was easy to find suspension limits in spirited suburban driving. Also had drive train problems -clutch- with the GTI. I drove half a million VW miles and never had that kind of issue. Yeah , lots of sensor issues, cv boot bullshit, crap like the that. But the clutch problems made me abandon the brand.

NotHing like that with my BRZ. A great mountain road car. Also well sorted for freeway driving. Not twitchy considering it is so responsive to steering input. Comfortable to me on 12 hour cross country drives.

2700 pound, 200 hp. It isn't slow it isn't fast. But it is a blast to drive.

A long term keeper.

1. Do you still love your car after owning it for some time now.
Yes, I still love the car. I've had mine for 4 years.

2. Would you buy another?
As a toy car? Simple answer. Yes. As my only car. No

3. How would you rank it on reliablilty, performance, joy, comfort. and how it feels.
I'll break this down easy on a 1-10 rating. Reliability - 7 Performance - 8 Joy - 9 Comfort - 5
4. what are the pros and cons to you.
Pros - Sports car. Huge aftermarket support. Very easy to work on. Looks great. MPG is good until you start modifying it. Cheap. Handles like its on rails. Lightweight, RWD
Cons - Small, not very practical. Terrible road noise, crickets, interior is cheap

5. When if comes to modding, how much of a pain in the ass is it to work on with adding mods
Adding mods is easy. I've done all the work either myself or help of others. Only thing I would say bringing it into a shop for would be body work. A lot of the work can be done on jack stands.

6(applys to only thos who have performance mods) after you threw your performance mods how is the reliablity and did it make the car better, no change, or worse??
Eh, this can go either way. IE, with a full exhaust you defiantly open up some power, but the car gets loud as hell. Cool at first then it gets annoying. Suspension is the same way. Canyon driving is fun as well or even at a track, but daily driving it can be a pain in the ass if there are things that make the road uneven or going over a speed bump to fast.

7. For the price of 18-22k do you feel the frs/brz is worth the buy.
I would say that's the going rate for a used twin with mods. I'm selling mine for 18K right now and I still haven't had any bites.

lol are u from Toyota??

1. Do you still love your car after owning it for some time now.
Yes. Love it and keep it forever.
2. Would you buy another?
No. cus I ll keep it forever.
3. How would you rank it on reliablilty, performance, joy, comfort. and how it feels.
9/10
4. what are the pros and cons to you.
Pros = Amazing steering/handling, car looks good overall.
Cons = Too much weight for 200 HP. 2500 LBs is ideal.
5. When if comes to modding, how much of a pain in the ass is it to work on with adding mods
Most mods are easy beside electronic stuff.
6(applys to only thos who have performance mods) after you threw your performance mods how is the reliablity and did it make the car better, no change, or worse??
Ofcause it has better performance...other wise it will be pointless spending money.
However, you need to apply the right things that suits your car.
7. For the price of 18-22k do you feel the frs/brz is worth the buy.
Yes. Definitely. Mine was Used 19000 miles $25k out the door, + tax + interest + 8 yr/120k warranty
