No, I usually think revving is a sign of an asshat. I avoid eye contact all together in situations like that.

This just could be because of the people where I'm from but not even traffic stops a 20ft redline in first with a slipping clutch around here to show "dominance" or whatever the fuck they are trying to do.

idk. i usually just look over. if they are a car person I figure they would have noticed and looked as well. If they dont notice they probably arent a car person and would be like why is this dude looking at me and/or waving
