Yes. Then it becomes boring with a smidge more risk due to distraction.

BTW, I just started watching Initial D last Thursday after my fill of the olympics. I'm halfway through the first stage. It all makes sense now.

I really love all the Japanese cultural flavor, like how the kids are all badasses but they're all about honor and respect. I'm watching the subtitled ones wishing I could speak the language. Do you speak Japanese?

I wouldn't recommend watching the legend movies. They're very condensed and boring while missing key aspects of the original show all for non-cgi car animation. No Eurobeat shoots it into the waste of time category.
