..............
Please allow me to clarify.

I didn't really "junk" the chain saw, I just stuck it back under the workshop bench to fix ....... someday ......

Maybe with your wimpy European plums. This was a good stout Canadian plum tree.

6 months to find the chain saw (like @Tcoat says)

another month to find the can of gas/oil mixture

now where did I put that bar oil .. ??

I know I had a chain sharpening file somewhere

Oh, that gas/oil looks nasty ...... I ought to get fresh.

got the gas (although I couldn't find leaded)

30 weight oil for the mixture ...... do they even make straight 30 w oil any more.

Saw won't start ...... opps the spray can of starter fluid is empty ...... must buy new one.

OK, I'm ready ....... saw fires up but stops when it uses up all of the starter fluid ......... remove the cover on the saw and see that the plastic fuel line has designated.

THAT does it .......... junk that saw .........

Now, where I put that bow saw ....... ahh yes, there it is.

I'll have this plumb tree down shortly.

DANG, catch in my back ....... Charley horse ....... UGH!

Saw - saw - saw - WOW must take a break ....... besides it's time for lunch ..... a nap always follows lunch.

Get up, arm is sore ...... take meds ....... wait for meds to kick in ...... now, it's too late to finish project ....... have a beer .... or two.

Tomorrow is another day ..........

That's why I'd just use an axe.
Even a crazy Canadian plum tree would be down in seconds with my #4 or #5.

Dammit Seattle, you aren't playing to the stereotype of "its supposed to be rainy and depressing all the time" weather.

So hot. And yes, I know its hotter elsewhere but I miss the rain. I love being grey and depressed.

Find a hot woman and ask her for a date, to see what happen to your mood...

That was when it was new and shiny 7 years ago or so. Now it looks like a real pond.
