I am working on getting one, so still interested in what temperatures you aim for, MaximeT.

The temperatures you'll be able to measure will depend on the way you can do the cool down lap while keeping temp in the tires.

I had things like 46/49/52 when entering the pits after a 3min engine and brakes cool down lap.

What matter is the difference.

You want middle one to be the average of the others two.

Thank you MaximeT. Yes, I was just curious about the working temperature.

Speed Academy runs AD08Rs too and made a video where they said the temperature should be 160-220 F (70 to 104 C!!). I think they made a mistake on that one (sounds crazy high to me).

...and fixed. Just got an Alfano Tyre Control Plus at 1/2 price used.

He will send it to me and I pay it if I am happy or send it back. So he must be confident that it is okay (and thrust me).

I drove on a long lap time track, which makes the temp drop a lot. Maybe SA did the cool down lap after the measurement ? I watched this video a long time ago.

70 -100 sounds good to me.

Speed Academy is a fantastic youtube channel, their Targa Newfoundland and Ontario 1500 series was what finally pushed me into wanting to mod my car and track it.

Okay thanks for your help, I won't get too hung up on the total temperature. Yes, I look forward to playing with the Alfano - now the Porsches won't stand a chance.
