Looks like 6 lapping sessions on the schedule.

Previous Lapping/Racing/HPDE experience is required. If you don't know the basics, can't follow the rules or don't know how to handle your car safely (or are unwilling to) then this is not for you. Passing will be in designated zones with a point. You're on your own for lunch.

The Olympic Grand Prix Go-Kart track is going to host a 1 hour karting enduro.

$100/team.

Teams can be 1-4 people.

Pit stops every 15 minutes.

It's open to the racers and lappers so theoretically a group of lappers could make a team and see how they stack up against teams of racers... because competition.

I think 2 teams of 2 - 3 would probably be great here. The Kart track is freaking sweet and this'll give all you autocross guys, who were at tour rather than the 86 day, a chance to see what we were raving about.

Let's pray for sunshine! With the number of sessions on track + the karting event, it's going to be a damn good day for not much money. We hope to fill the group because if demand is high it easier to make the argument for expanding this opportunity with the club at future events.

Several of us on the BoD feel that having lappers as part of the weekend is a positive way to introduce people to racing and to the club. IRDC (and all the ICSCC clubs) are 100% volunteer member-ship clubs. We not only invite you to track your car with us, but to join the club.

I can't! I'll be on a plane to Italy - can't really cancel that kind of plan for something like this... if I wasn't leaving that day - I would be all in for this though. Sounds amazing, have fun!

Lol I'm actually doing an enduro at OGP this Saturday, though I could be persuaded into doing another! =D Especially if there's actual track laps involved that same day!
Though I'd definitely do a two man team. A 15 minute stint on a 4 man team just isn't enough seat time.
