So in all seriousness, to answer the thread question, my favorite mod is Garry's Mod because there is so much you can do. Like drive an FR-S and run down Hunters and Combine Units from Half-Life 2.

However, the one I find most useful is the center armrest cushion.

I've only put wheels on my car, but I did option the STI splitter and skirts and the car is noticeably stabler at high speed.

Toss up for me, OFT stage 1 or 17x9 with aggressive tires. But if I had to take it all off the car and only keep one thing... it might be the sub-frame inserts.
