LOL thanks bud, I appreciate it I wish I could do more to it, but I barely have the time so its slowly being done piece by piece and they are all very subtle changes.

I already know our cars are fairly similar with the colour, badges and TRD spoiler - I'm curious to see what other mods you have done or plan to do as we clearly think alike :P

Yeah from exterior we are twins. Just need to get me some clear side markers and the Toyota center caps. Other than that I'm keeping the exterior as is. I plan to pick up a STI lip and paint it red in the future to make the front more aggressive.
I guess springs would be a visual thing too, but I plan to do the STI pinks in the future since it's only a 15mm drop. (Maybe...I'll do this, maybe not haha)

Power wise, I'm running a Stage 1 OFT tune with a Apexi Drop in Filter and Fujitsubo Authorize r Catback.
I will add a Fujitsubo Catless Front Pipe in the winter when the car is winter sleeping (I'm a Fujitsubo Fanboy haha)
Other than that, I believe I'll keep the power mods to that cause it's already driving great for me and just want to enjoy the car without headaches from things like Superchargers & Turbo's.

Also, plan to get some suspension parts from Beatrush in the future

I was wondering why I was getting so many replies....LOL

I think you guys should change your rims. I'm not a fan of the stock rims anymore, I didn't mind them before but as times goes by, I dislike em more.

Very nice, I like your clean approach to things. I haven't done virtually anything power-wise except for very minor things such as the TRD exhaust & TRD cold air intake. I think next on my radar is dropping it like you said but only slightly in order to close the wheel gap a bit and get some wider rims.

I think you should go for the clear side markers, I'm liking it more every day and it looks much better than the amber IMO for our red cars. Even though it stands out more rather than blending, it matches the clear headlight housings on the front end.

Right now I have the following TRD parts: Exhaust, intake, spoiler, brake pads, shift knob, red ignition button, & fuel cap. Other mods I've done is the carbon fiber diffuser out back, clear side markers, JPM coachworks alcantara gauge cluster cover, BRZ trunk liner.

Over the winter I'm buying the wheels, tires and springs

Haha sorry for the thread jack - did you end up ordering a pair of clear side markers then?

Tbh, I like the stock rims a lot on this car - I think it suits it. Could it look better with the right 18" rims? Sure, and that's why I'm looking into a set for next summer

Yeah I know what you mean. I wish they sat a bit wider to be more in line with the comparatively large fenders of the car, but from a wheel design perspective I appreciate the look. From the profile, they look almost 18"

Glad you ordered some, they will look great on your car. Remember to get the small orange LEDs, as the current ones behind the orange are clear - I messed that up lol, soon to be fixed.

Are white side marker lights legal in Ontario? I hate the orange color

I don't believe they are - that's the whole reason for the orange side marker casing in the first place here vs the JDM/EDM white ones.

Will a cop be enough of a jerk to pull you over for it if you aren't doing something else illegal? I doubt it....but you never know, so to be safe I'm putting in orange LEDs for the night.

Haha, I actually really like the stock rims though. I think it matches the car perfectly.
Also as the car ages, I think it will be cool when you see these cars with the oem rims. And now that the 2017 will have different rims, these cars will begin to become more and more rare with the OEM rims

The only issue i have with these OEM rims is i wish they were 17x8 so I could put 225 tires on them

I was looking a lot for rims I like but I can't find anything that sits perfectly with me as much as these OEM ones. The closest thing I like was RPF1's in SBC but they only come in 17x9 which is too big for my taste.

Also i like the Enkei RC-T4 which is a possibility in the future if these stock rims get too damaged. But even then, i bet the OEM sets will still be dirt cheap to buy.

What kind of brake pads did you get?

Never understood the hate that these rims get. I think they match the car perfectly!

Like i get why people switch rims.
1. To be unique.
2. Weight
3. Size/stance etc...
4. Looks

For me, #1...these are already unique since they only belong to this car unlike Volks CE28's(for example) which are on so many cars.
2. I don't care about weight so much since I'm not a person who tracks or auto crosses.
3. Well i did wish for 17x8 haha
4. I like the look of these.

So no point of me switching to aftermarket. I'd only pick up a set of light weight rims if i was serious about going to the track.

@Mr.Impreza I put on TRD brake pads about a week ago. They have a very good grip to them for everyday driving, so I am very happy.
