Hey guys,
Not new here, but renewed our account (or shortly). Suby/diesel truck shop in NJ, Suzuki motorcycle dealer, and a Toyota dealer. With that said, we're looking for your business! We can perform all your basic needs or install a turbo kit for you. We can also purchase any parts for you and ship around the country. |

Hey, new to posting here, but I've lurked for a while, and owned my brz for about 6 months now.
I'm also apparently terrible at forums and uploading pictures. |

Picked up my FRS this past Saturday and so far I am in LOVE! It's been tastefully modded, and I feel like I picked it up for a steal. It was for sale on here, so some of you may have seen it already.
I've been in the car world for a long time, had a fully built Wrangler and have built a VR4 and am currently building my second VR4 (widebody build this time round). It feels good to daily drive something that represents me better! 2013 Pearl White Scion FRS Performance Avo stage 1.5 Turbo kit -Wastegate upgrade (9psi) -Blow Off Valve -Sti PCV Valve Spec 2+ Clutch Greddy Evo3 Catback -Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator (#1141) -Magnaflow Shorty Race Muffler (#14156) Suspension Tein Street Basis Coilovers SPC Performance EZ Cam adjustable camber bolts 5mm Hub Centric Spacer (On the rear wheels) RPF1 17x9 +45 (Black w/ Red Stickers) BFGoodrich 245/40/17 G-Force Sport Comp 2 Tires Electronics Ecutek -Dyno Tuned on 93 Octane P3CarGauge ATEQ TPM Quickset (used to swap between wheel TPMs through OBD2 port) Exterior Rexspeed Blue Wide Mirrors Yellow Foglights OEM Bezels -4300k HID bulbs LED HighBeams/Daytime Running lights LED License Plate lights LED Reverse lights Smoked Side Markers Genuine Toyota Badges (plasti dipped black) Chargespeed 3pc lip kit (Front/Sides/Rear Splats) Stivo paint matched Ducktail Spoiler Beat-Sonic FDA9 Sharkfin Interior Broadway 300mm Convex Blue Tinted rear view mirror Beatrush white shiftknob Full sound system (components and sub) Have some questions, but going to do some digging on here before I bother anyone

I posted this on my old forum and think it will work as an intro here: I lost my beloved 350Z STU beast when my friend totaled it (and almost himself) at ZdayZ this year. I loved that car and hated to lose her, but cars can be replaced, people can't.
Before: ![]() After: ![]() The story of that day could fill its own thread, but this post is about the twins: I get to drive countless cars at the track so I had a short list of favorites once I started considering my next car. I ultimately went with a new FRS because it has great driving dynamics and it's classed well in the SCCA. My wife was the one "due" for a new car since I drive a company vehicle to work, and her Sebring had 140k miles. She insisted that I get the new car and get back on track. (figuratively and literally) After closing the deal on my new 2016 FRS, we started looking at what her old car needed to make it a couple more years. That process got us thinking about one of the cars that we rejected out of hand when searching for my new vehicle. One of the dealers had a new 2015 automatic listed as a manual on their website. When we learned of the typo we said "no thanks" and moved on....but not before the dealer told us that they were willing to heavily discount the car because it was a languishing 2015 still on the lot with the 2017 models due soon. It turned out that they were seriously willing to deal, so now we have, well.... Twins: The parts for the CS street prep are starting to come in. The Borla exhaust is on the car. TRD springs/Sways and Koni shocks are in the garage. My Strano FSB should ship Friday. Tire rack said I should have my RPF1's with mounted Rival S tires in a few weeks. Already tinted the windows and my new numbers came in: The parts seem to be going on in reverse order of importance, but the stuff that really makes a difference on the track is just taking longer to get, and get on the car. TL; DR: Best. Wife. Ever. Last edited by Twinz; 07-07-2016 at 09:47 PM. |

Hey everyone!
I just joined the 86 family within the last month! No immediate plans on any mods for me, but I love seeing what everyone else is doing to theirs!

Lurker finally emerging from the cold dark depths of automotive illiteracy to bask in the warmth of RWD sub-$20k sports cars.
I'm currently in negotiations to pick up my 2015 FRS in the coming week. I feel like I have a solid handle for the tone most of you set around here, so I don't think I'll be rocking the boat too hard in the months to come. ![]()

Hello! I purchased a 2016 FR-S in Hot Lava about a month ago. I drove it home cross-country (bought from a friend, long story) and haven't put too many miles on it since. Stock for now, and I imagine I'll keep it mostly that way so I can stay in the stock class for autocross. Enjoying it so far
![]() My previous fun car was a 2003 WRX Wagon with some mild HP upgrades and some suspension to live in the CSP class after getting bumped from STX. I sold it about 5 years ago, spent some time without a car (wahoo big city living) and then bought an Impreza last year. I've been wanting something fun ever since! I had eyed a BRZ a couple of years ago but decided it wasn't practical enough, but this one kind of fell into my lap. |
