Beautiful job! It looks almost like a glass coat. Some guys complain about the durability of the water-based paints in use now, but I find that Subarus have gorgeous paint jobs that put many more expensive cars to shame, and all we have to do is protect them.

Congratulations!

I'm sure the van driver got a talking to. Sounds like maybe a river rafting company truck? If so, getting fired could have been part of that conversation!

The car is starting to take shape now with the Tein Flex A + EDFC Active Controller. They felt great on the way home and really looking forward to the road trip.
Willing to share how they mounted everything? I've got a set coming in the mail

Lol, I hear you. Need to do mine one of these days.
Bought Nov 2012, 7000+ miles and have never waxed it yet. But it sits in the garage and only driven on the weekends. Plan to wax this year.

You could cheat, just wash the car with Optimum No Rinse: https://www.amazon.com/Optimum-NR201.../dp/B00D8DR0AO

Then wax it with Meguiar's quik wax(It's a spray), very quick and easy to apply: https://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-G175.../dp/B001O7PNS2

Or just stick with the Optimum line and use Optimum car wax.
https://www.amazon.com/Optimum-SW200.../dp/B00GG9FI8I

I bought a gallon, it's fantastic.

In a pinch, just mix some in with your ONR. It's the same thing as ONR wash and wax.

Some goodies showed up yesterday and I couldn't wait for the weekend so I started the disassembly. Should get the base tune file from @moto-mike today and MAYBE finish it tonight or Saturday morning.
