Anyone have TRD Canards Template

I have been searching the internet all morning trying to find these templates. If anyone can send me a link to download these templates or even a clear HD photo of these templates it would be much appreciated!

In case you don't know what templates I am referring to, please check this video out:

Haha yeah that's what I'm doing as we speak.

It should work out just fine but the templates would give me a little more confidence that everything will look symmetrical.

recommendation if you haven't already done it. Cut off the bolts and just use the adhesive to mount it to the bumper. That adhesive is super strong.that way you can avoid drilling.

I cardboard cutted mine and then drilled and installed it. take your time doing it, because any little imperfection will annoy the heck out of you.

Adhesive is strong but the purpose for the canards are for track use to get downforce. Going 65-75 on a freeway will have the 3m tape hold. but on the track where you are going 135 or whatever it'll rip off. with the paint, too that is.

I would agree with you if my buddy in Boston didn't install it this exact way and he tracks his car all the time with no issues. And let's be honest, most of the people that use this canard aren't doing it for downforce lol

Plus, on the track, how long exactly do you think people will be driving 100+? The amount of time you'll be driving at that speed on a track will be very minimal. So unless you're driving balls out up Pikes Peak I'm confident most people will be fine.

haha dude I completely agree though. Canards are more cosmetic to people than for actual use. I was just saying the drill is kind of a necessary part for the product but I mean you have know of someone that's done just adhesive so f*** it !

I finished them a few weeks ago but have been/am still making minor adjustments here and there to ensure 100% functionality. Using plexiglass, a plexiglass knife and a heat gun to create these was remarkably easy. They are very snug against the body lines. However, I did use DAP black latex caulking to seal the edges against the body. That stuff is very useful due to it have all the same physical properties are silicone caulking but it is non volatile and peels away clean when you remove it. Just a little tip...
