Is the NBA Rigged?

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfdfZSg3qkY"]AYESHA CURRY SAID THE NBA IS RIGGED | GAME 7!!! - YouTube[/ame]

Could have SWORN Lebron's old, experienced and tired player was going to get wiped out, but I was wrong! Looks as Lebron got his energy back from all the hate.

GO CAVS/LEBRON!

Curry is very cocky and confident of his experience on the court, but he is very full of it. MVP is about to get smoked by the Cavaliers in Game 7.

Politics and money have invaded everything since the beginning of mankind. It isn't new nor a symptom of today's society.

The team that played best won last night's game.

Also Lebron is a father of 3 kids and a man.

I will not disagree that the NBA can't control makes and misses...ultimately you have to make shots to win which GSW did not do last night...but there are nudges by the powers that be in these games imo when it comes to the NBA...it is a tough sport to watch.

@SquadRon Dig the avatar. Star power was one of my most favorite things to bump way back in high school. Wiz was definitely at his best there.

Series ain't over yet.

Yes the Cavaliers layed a beating on Golden State. That's the same Cavs that laid a beating on Toronto. If nothing else, it shows that GS, like Toronto are great teams that can be beaten by other great teams on any given night.

I want GS to win, but just because they had a better season doesn't mean anything in the finals.

Ticket sales are a relatively small percentage of team revenues, TV plays a much bigger role. However 7 games definitely maxes out the totals. I am sickened though by ticket prices. In the Toronto/Cleveland series I think comparable tickets in Cleveland were HALF the price they were in Toronto. I took my son to game 7 in the conference semi finals. Next round tickets were higher and out of my tolerance level.

Seen my share of rigged games. Last nights wasn't one of them. Cleveland was more physical and took higher percentage shots. The Cavs played hard nosed playoff basketball.

G.S.' physical and mental breakdowns are coming as the result of trying to "win" the regular season, and also, LeBron. Game 7 could go either way. In any case, great series.

I would say the NHL, much to the chagrin of our Canadian friends. Yes, the salary structure probably favors U.S. teams to a degree, but watching game 7 the Pens skated circles around the Sharks and totally deserved to win. Such a fast game that there's no room for screwing around. Pro hockey players have got to be (these days anyway, and keep in mind I'm old enough to have seen Bobby Hull square up against Gump Worsley - ask your parents) the best conditioned and toughest athletes in any sport. Make NFL players look like whiney crybabies.

Edit: Not just these days...name another sport where a player will come back out with a sprained ankle, broken leg, busted jaw, and play. Hell, I remember when Dion Sanders missed most of a season for "turf toe". What the hell is that anyway? Wimp!

1981 Sugar Bowl Herschel Walker dislocated his shoulder on the 2nd play of the game. he still ran for 150 yards and 2 TDs.

Ronnie Lott cut off part of his broken pinky finger so he could keep playing.

that and most games aren't played in air conditioning and you can't just slide without actually running half the time.
