How FUN is it being the passenger?

So by now we all know or have heard of how fun it is to DRIVE the FRS/BRZ, but what about riding shotgun? Has anyone gotten comments from passengers on how it rides? Or have you let someone else drive your car, and you got to be the passenger..how did it feel?

The only person who's been a passenger more than once is my son, and he sits in back. He likes it, but has said that he misses the reclining rear seat the tC had.

I was a passenger at the ride & drive even that my region had for employees. It's still a blast and you can feel how stable the car is and how it loves to be flicked around a course. I took video of another guy driving the FRS and then the Civic Si back to back on the same course.

Here it is:

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hP3t42-ahnw"]2013 Scion FRS vs 2012 Honda Civic Si infield Course at Pocono - YouTube[/ame]

I took this video from the passenger seat with a Flip Video camera (poor man's GoPro!)

What I want to know is why it even matters how fun it is for the passenger. I'm never going to be in the passenger seat anyways. but seriously, why do you ask about that situation? I really am curious. No sarcasm.

haha, well growing up, before I could drive, my cousin would drive me around town in his '95 Supra, windows rolled down, music blasting..nothing but the sound of beats and that amazing turbo engine. It's one of those memories that stuck with me. I was thinking about that today and just wondered how it'd feel riding passenger in the FRS/BRZ. I guess it's irrelevant to some, but I'd like to consider how it'd feel for those I drive around. Comfort level, novelty of being in a new car, does it feel just as quick and nimble? Doesn't really matter, just a thought

Only complaint I've heard is that the passenger seat is a little low. She said the low seat made her a little sick, when mixed with the new car smell, and the aggressive driving. I do have to admit that she is a bit of a complainer, though. I have noticed that no matter where you sit, you wont get wind blown in your face while the windows are down. Normally I hate driving with the windows down because of the wind, but this car keeps it out very well.

Well my fiance actually says she doesn't like the car that much, yet every time I go around a corner fast she is laughing and smiling. One of her initial complaints was not have a grab bar at the top, but now that she just let's the seat hold her and use the door handle she is fine without it.

We were on a twisty back road a couples days ago that I hadn't been on before so I was being cautious, and she said, come on when are you going to open it up!? Hahah. So yeah, passengers like it

The "no grab bar" complaint was echoed by my girlfriend. She's only been in it once, though, and only for a short trip (maybe 5 miles total). I told her the same thing, use the handle on the door.

My fiance uses the handle on the door often, I often hear the phrase "like a roller coaster!!"
