I highly suggest a copious amount of popcorn. And your choice of caffeinated drink.

Working alongside someone who has extremely low emotional intelligence is starting to be a difficult task.
There have been incidents in the past but losing all emotional control over something that is out of your hands is well... I don't know what to say... Guess I gotta get used to people like this since I have a loooong career ahead.

Job wise? Same tasks and responsibilities as me.
Then I won't be able to support my car or sex dolls - I mean anime related activities.

ahhhhh
I suppose its nothing major when I look back on it but he throws his headphones and other small objects within his work area, confined to cubicles so no risk of other people getting hit with anything. He then walks out and just starts yelling. Months back, he was trying to get some help from higher level people but because they were all dealing with other emergency situations, they couldn't drop what they were doing and help him. He threw his headphones, walked away, and gave them the finger. One of the dudes spotted that out of the corner of his field of view and was about to confront him but the rest of us said to let the guy walk away. Some people suspect very slight autism or down syndrome but I won't ask or even go into that topic due to potential HR issues. |

Unacceptable. That shit isn't ok on any level and could be signs of the potential for dangerous behavior. Guys like that sometimes come back to work with guns, seriously. Watch that dude.
