Hi, I will be installing this kit on my FR-S soon and will be running it with an Openflash UEL header, quad tip TRD cat-back, and Maxflow BOV on 93 octane pump gas.
My goals for the tune are 250hp/200lb-ft torque and I will running the 3.48" pulley. Will I be able to reach these numbers on the stock fuel system? I will not be running e85. Also does anyone know if the stock fuel system will be able to handle the 3.125" pulley on 93? |

The current one? Shiv @ OFT
Previous one was the stock Perrin tune that came with my kit (good, but way rich) One that killed my 1st motor was Full blown Motorsports (ironic) in Minneapolis.

On the stock Perrin Ecutek, i was at like 242whp, with the FBM tune i was at 276whp/199tq We did just recently get a Dyno here in Fargo, so after i get this tune sorted out (still in progress, and going to add E85 soon) then i'll hit the dyno again.

I'm on this kit (OFT300), open flash header, open flash tablet, tuned by Shiv. We're at 4 revisions and should be done soon. Total of about 2000 miles on the kit but I also split my time between 3 FR-S's so none of them get many miles. Overall very happy.
I have not had this car dynoed but relative to my evo, I would estimate 240~250whp range on a dynojet. Not a "fast" car in any sense of the word but it makes for an entertaining drive to work. |

Anyone having issues with their Serp. Belt walking 1 notch off the pulleys?
When i went to replace my squeaky belt (seems to be annually) it was 1 spline off (towards rear of car) so i put the new one on, got it all situated and checked it over the next few weeks - was good to go. This last weekend i was racing, and was just checking around the SC (it get's spitty out the vent when on the road course) and i noticed the belt had walked back 1 notch again. I figure there must be some slight alignment issue, but i dont know what on earth a guy can adjust to make this stop happening. Any ideas? This only happens on the crank pulley and the water pump pulley. (Photo shows new belt installed correctly for reference)
