Yea just curious on how much smaller the new steering wheel is. Must be the most cost effective solution to correct initial turn in response since they need a new wheel to implement those buttons anyway.

Our current steering wheel diameter is 365mm IIRC.

I'll take a tape measured with me haha or whatever measuring tool is needed or I'll see if I can ask someone who knows.

We may have a special guest there that might I can't tell you anymore ATM.

OK, I like all the new stuff with the BRZ except for the black spoiler and black wheels... Makes it look a bit ricer on a non-black car.

But it's awesome that they upgraded the intake and exhaust and some engine components! Can't wait to get mine with the performance package!

Speaking of the Performance Package, is it really coming out in Winter 2017 and not Winter 2016? That doesn't make any sense why we can't order our cars and have it during this fall/winter.

I can't imagine driving around a whole year and then waiting until the end of next year to finally add the package. By then I might have already added my own wheels...am I missing something?

Winter 2017 likely means January 2017. The Subaru rep I talked to said he expects it to arrive more like December or November 2016. I guess we'll see though...

So Series.Yellow is pretty much expected. Same m.o. as the Series.HyperBlue and .Blue, except now that there's an available Performance Pack, that is part of the deal. Limited to 500 units (in the US? NA?)

Excellent take on Jalopnik

The yellow looks much more attractive in the above photo - more lemony than others up here. Anyone know if that is an accurate representation? Do like.

Update: just read in the other thread that it has the same paint code as the FR-S RS 1. If that is correct that is really too bad, school bus yellow is ghastly.

Yeah, that photo looks a bit desaturated. I hate when they do that to car photos, so you can't see the proper paint color.

I'll admit, I kinda like the FR-S yellow, but I don't think I could drive one every day.

Is it the same as the S207 as well?

Knowing Toyota's track record of trolling. No, we're not getting WRB or Hyper Blue.

Is that the first picture of the new version with foglights?

Good job on the bumper re-design for sure.
