Concrete/Foundation experts!
worth a try here.
the fence guy putting in posts accidently hit the foundation membrane that keeps the moisture out. it's about 3-4 inches across and 6 inches down. not sure if it's repairable but I was able to take the flap and tuck it under. when the concrete gets poured it will hopefully get pushed/sealed up. wondering if this would be ok? here are the pics before I tucked in the flap

Paint it up with thick, gooey foundation sealer. Should be able to find something comparable in a quart can rather than a 5 gal bucket.
What you don't want is for the cement to fill the voids behind it when you pour.
