You've already installed it, but here's my two cents:

Yes, it can be really loud and obnoxious if you want to sound like a douchebag. Or it can sound nice with a little rumble if you drive normally.

Usually I pull harder on the on ramp and drive especially slow when I see cops.

I don't think it'll be a problem. I drove by a few cops already and they didn't even bat an eye. I try not to drive like a douche all the time.
