Why did it die? I only ask because I made the mistake of turning my car on to listen to the radio. The radio shuts off after 15-20 minutes. I forgot to go back and turn the car off. I didn't drive the car for about 3 days and the car wouldn't start and needed a jump. A stupid mistake on my part, but lesson learned. Batteries do fail. Sometimes the cell walls will collpase, but usually not within the 1st year or two. Was the battery dead or did it fail? I am only asking if you have another issue.

Radio shuts off every 20 minutes if left on when the engine is not running. I have restarted my radio several times while working on the car in the garage and discovered the battery was depleted sufficiently that the car would not start.

Funny thing, the radio in our 2013 Subaru Outback will play at least 1 hour before turning off and does not seem to deplete the battery.

Faulty OEM batteries were common. I bought a jumper last year just in case because it started feeling weak around winter, but of course it got better and will last forever now

I don't use the car much and can't get a battery tender to it... the battery runs down so I have been using a Snooper jump starter to get it going however last week I drove it for few hours and when I went to turn it back on no juice in the battery, dead battery as it wasn't retaining a charge.

got a JDL uel header after I sold my OFH. A little more volume, and a lot more rumble gurgle added to the sound. Haven't noticed much difference in power, but OFH revs smoother IMO.
Overall happy with the change.

Did you adjust your tune? If you're using OFT, there's a special set of tables specifically for the JDL UEL. If ecutek, then you know what to do.
