I personally would go OEM and not replica but that's because I like the piece of mind of an purposed fit and uniformity with the other aero pieces you have

I say spend the $350 on more mods. You've got a rep lip, rep spoiler, and cheap wheels. Don't stress about it and get yourself a header or your OFT.

Glad I'm not lowered yet. Ended up on these roads completely on accident Anyway, got the "BRZ" lettering on. Coming this week is finishing up the interior trim in the blue carbon and swapping the traction control buttons for black, wrapping the roof gloss black, OEM STi lip, and possibly a carbon fiber hood wrap so I can see how it all looks together before dropping the real money on a real hood

Wrapped the roof black! I will definitely be switching over to black wheels when that time for a new set-up comes ,the more accents I add the more I want them back lol

Yesterday I made an attempt to wrap my door handles gloss black with the left over wrap I had from my roof. I think it came out decent for a 5 minute job, but I couldn't get it to tuck under the lock/unlock lever. I pulled the door panel off and tried to work from behind but I found no (understandable way for me) to remove the door handle completely. Any ideas guys?

LOL @ my life guys. After ordering the buttons, got an email from the site saying they're backordered. Decided to leave that be and wait. Also got an email from FT86SpeedFactory that the RCE Yellows are our of stock after I ordered them (my fault I guess for not knowing that out of stock and ships from factory were the same thing). Decided to do a switch to H&R Sport springs since I had already paid for 3 day shipping

Installed the H&R lowering springs, black door handles, and painted the calipers red yesterday. I didn't know 1 inch would make so much of a difference! The ride is so much more comfortable and I still don't scrape anywhere on my daily commute, so even better.

Looks good! How'd you go about painting the brakes?

Thanks! It was done with just some red ceramic caliper paint and a paintbrush man!

So your car looks so good, but tell me this (i want to understand people's opinions more). why arent you doing performance upgrades such as ECU, Exhaust, Boost, etc. is that a future goal of yours or are you not interested and if so, why?

Oh, I have plenty of plans for performance. My initial plan was to do all the cosmetics (since it's cheaper) then do all the performance. However when I got around satisfied with the looks of the car, money got tight, girlfriend got annoyed with car parts, and my daughter will be born soon. If I was a rich man, I'd definitely do my performance stuff however until I get a better career, my build is on a temporary freeze

EDIT: Also, my car is my DD, I don't race, track it, auto x, nothing. I don't really need performance for any other reasons than bragging rights lol
