In the install video, they use a mishimoto radiator, just wondering if this kit works with the stock radiator or do i need to upgrade?

It does still have stock rad on mine.

What mods did u do besides the turbo kit? I want to buy everything before it gets here. 3-4 week wait for my kit.

Just a EBC when I was first running the kit that's the only main thing you'll need I believe. But now I have alot of internal work done. But you'll probably need a oil cooler that's what I really need right now.

You can also do a flex fuel kit if you plan on running ethanol. Also gauges are always a plus if you have the money!!
