We don't even use horses for transportation much any more. We should update the animal to something more common like dogpower that we can all relate to.
It's probably like 20-30 dogs to one horse so in turn we'd have like 4000 crank dogpower or 3300 wdp.

Dogs are pretty variable in size and power. How about squirrels?

I was thinking just use a medium size breed like a Dalmatian but people would be jealous they didn't use their dog's breed for the standard. Didn't think too deeply into the breed since this is a new concept and we all have to be on board to go forward with this. This will take a little marketing but this site is pretty popular and we all just need to spread the word. So like 500 squirrels to one horse? It actually makes more sense too since smaller increments means much more precise squirrel power figures.

There must be a method to compare power to weight between the two. It would not surprise me to learn that squirrels are actually more powerful than horses. Hmmmmm now I have a project.
