Didn't you have a bad experience with a Lancer before the FRS?
That is why I specified 08 to 12. After 12 they were ruined.

It just feels kinda thrown together and is noisy. A couple people I know have one. Gets the job done and all...

Maybe it's just the hatchback. I haven't ridden in a sedan.

@Andrew025 I rented a mazda 3 (4 door) for a week last summer and found it to be a handy little car. It zipped right along.

Glad pedal dance is helping. I've had ice mode issues... 5 second leads still works better for me. Or 3sec, whatever it is. Have fun? I had 2 days if AutoX too, totally worn out.

Really want to look at this BMW.
Not sure how maintenance is though or why it isn't a clean title.

Just say no to a 13-year old BMW with a salvage title. Unless you like troubleshooting and fixing gremlins that pop up for no reason.

Of the two Subarus, I'd look at the Forester. I had a 2000 Impreza RS and I loved it, but those cars get driven hard and they're a lot of fun. If you're curious about it, get on RS25.com and see if you can find the owner and check out his threads. Also, 192K miles?! The Forester was more likely to be used sedately because someone wanted AWD. It's really just a taller Impreza.

Of the Hondas, I'd look at the newer one.

I pretty much had it narrowed to the RSX or the Forester.
2 completely different cars of course.

Been trying to find an FXT but they all seem to be auto or modified to a point that makes me not want it.

This one would be great, but more than I want to spend.

What are your goals? If you're looking for a do-everything daily vehicle and you have a wife, 2 kids, and a dog, I'd get the Forester. If it's just you and you only need a commuter with occasional weekend fun, the RSX would be great.

Mainly a DD for me and my daughter. We have my wife's car for everything else.
I'm definitely going to check out the RSX.

I could go full circle and get back in one of these from a guy just down the street from me...

As nice as that FXT is, I have a problem buying other people's projects. I would get the forester because it's $5K cheaper, more useful, it was probably abused less, and I'm a brand whore.
