Have you tried paying with different front pipes instead of switching cat backs? They honestly all sound pretty similar on video to me

Nope. Keeping stock front pipe. Good at killing rasp.

All the exhausts I've had have been wildly different. Think I've finally settled on the GReddy SP Elite axle back. Perfect noise level for me.

Got a much needed ego boost on my way to work today.

Was stopped at a light and a much older gentleman coming the opposite direction was also stopped. He looked my way and shouted "I love the color man!" Smiled and waved back with a thanks.

He then asked what car it is. Should have told him it was a lambo

So I get daily listings for open IT positions from old college recruiter, most or all are considered "downgrade" in technical skills from what I currently do.

One of them that came in today stated:
"While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear."

I was going to get into the security field, but that kinda got derailed when I accepted this job offer.

Since you mentioned Cisco (just to entertain this thought), how much would my CCNA R&S transfer over to security? I know Cisco has the CCNA Security cert which interested me about 2 years back.

You'll need to know the base concepts of R&S, but it mostly builds on it. Specifically it talks about ASAs, NGFW/IPS, ISE, cloud services, and VPN. nothing too specific, just basic concepts (e.g. stateful and zone firewalls, BPDU guard, AV). Good news is, if you have your R&S, you meet the pre-req.

Also depends upon what you want to do. There is the networking aspect, but you can also get into forensic analysis, AV management, or vulnerability assessment / pen testing. Check out getting a CEH as well. That one is just fun.

I guess its a good thing that I recognize all of what you mentioned... haha

Did mess with Kali Linux on my own home network (and my neighbor's ) a while back but that's pretty much it..

If you have interest in that area, its definitely the hot place to be right now. Get some experience and you can pretty much write your own ticket. I should know, I have to hire these types (Director, IT Operations)
