Really the only thing that bothered me a ton was cold starts. But I am fully catless with UELs. Sounds great but loud. It surprisingly didn't drone much at all cruising on the highway. I am used to loud cars though so note that.

It's a little louder and has a little more drone than N1's. The drone is a lot more manageable if you have your rear seats up. It's there from 2k-3k, goes away from 3-3.5k, then comes back after (with the rear seats down). *Owns Type 80 ( w/ rear seats down and rest of system stock) and been in a stock BRZ w/ N1's only.

I just let the body shop throw my old one away friday all it had was broken tabs on the left side. I knew i shouldve kept it!
