Too much evidence is here. I'd certainly lose any chance I have with her. Which I probably deserve.

Don't know if true or an urban legend, but supposedly Albert Einstein would nap sitting up, holding the end of a spoon between his thump and pointer finger over his knee. When you just drift off to solid sleep you will drop the spoon and it will wake you. This keeps you getting into deep sleep which is what will mess you up if you wake out of it expectantly.

On a couple of long nights that turn into days, I've done this and it really does seem to help.

Wow, just looking at my last few posts, I'm really an asshole today.

Also, regarding naps, Even just resting quietly for 20-30 minutes can help, even if you dont fall asleep.
