You might want to tell that to the people who work up in Alaska for our company.. They work anywhere between a 12 to 16 hour work day 7 days a week.

My sister works for an energy company on shift work. She works like 7 or 8 days in a row, 12 hours each shift, but then gets a week off.

because you under or over do it.

quick nap should not be more than 15-20 minutes (30 mins will get you groggy)

Longer nap 1:30 hour (aka a full sleep cycle)

If I drank a gallon of milk un two days that would be my gas fill up for the week!

It is the south everybody is hot. That does not mean they are hot though.

Not uncommon in many places around the world.

Can't get to sleep in 15 minutes. I could close my eyes and not move but I don't think that's the same thing

Some people here know I'm a musician. I don't make a big deal about it because I haven't been active in years.

For anyone into loud music, musician's earplugs are covered by most insurance companies. For about a hundred bucks-ish, an audiologist will create a custom molded pair of earplugs with interchangeable attenuators. The ability to hear the full range of frequencies at a safe level while still feeling the chest-thumping energy of a good show is just brilliant. Tell your doctor that you're a musician and get hooked up.

Save your ears. Whenever they ring, that's damage. It accumulates over time.

I can be asleep in 15 seconds. Fine if I intended to but otherwise not so good!

An hour is bad. You would feel drowzy/groggy. 20min is about the max before your body starts moving to REM and you need a long rest. At least thats what Mythbusters said lol

Not sure if the girls are the ones manipulating. Would like to hear the other side before passing judgment.
