I think the right amount is 110% each... There's no winning, and at some point they both walk away pissed. Usually.

Based on what you've said I'd probably go with the older one. That's not necessarily right.

I can drink a gallon of milk in 2 days. I think the fact that I've been busy with other stuff drove my love for milk deep into my subconscious and locked it away.

I'll pick up a gallon today when I go do my weekly gas fillup.

Being a web developer contractor, my contract is ending soon. Time to move and buy a house? Was planning to move to Atlanta area within the next couple years but not this soon... I guess I could move to ATL and get an apartment until I get a stable job there. Decisions, decisions....

Yeah why not get a feel for the place first before you decide on living there for 30 years. (I mean you could probably sell in 5-7 and make a profit but just sayin)

My wife is from NC and I've spent some time in the south (Georgia and NC) and we've decided it's what we want to do, it's just a matter of when. Seems like a good of time as any.

Start shopping then! My Fiancée and I have been through two closings believe me it's a process and that's after finding the places you might like, touring them, making offers, getting inspections done, etc...
