just removing the restritor gave you 16 psi??? or are you using different pulleys?

well now im very excited to see what numbers i lay down after this build. i was thinking i could only achieve 13-14 psi. i think my 400 whp goal may be reachable with 16!

Does anyone know why he made more power at 14psi than at 16? was it because of fuel loss up top or because of heat soak? I just don't get why the power would drop.

can someone tell me what parts do I need to get to revert back to stock? What parts are cut during install?

I've been having some rough starts in the morning on my vehicle. I have the v3 running e85. Temperature this morning was 62 degrees. Also notice that when I start the car first thing in the morning, it will idle a little rough for the first minute or so. I did put a k&n air filter in and recently sprayed the maf sensor with maf sensor cleaner and it ran much better. Now it's doing it again. Wonder if more oil got onto the sensor.

I ended up with their brand injectors and purchased an AEM 320 e85 pump. However, I only did this because I purchased my v3 with HKS Flash Editor that has the e85 map on it. If you are doing a custom tune, Injector Dynamics is the way to go.

Ok... so I had taken the bypass valve apart a while back... finally got around to polishing it...

I should have taken a picture but I didn't so now I have to put it back together and I'm not sure if my memory is playing tricks on me.

Do any of y'all know if this is the correct way to install the internals to the bypass valve? I put it together this way and it felt right but I need to make sure. Btw, I have the v3 kit.

Edit: I've been looking around on the net and it seems that the little spring goes inside the bigger one... Can anyone confirm?

On another note... I have to modify my air box... but for now... this is where I'm at with the install.
