I find it funny that during my commute this morning the SUV behind me in the right lane got into the left lane just before a sharp, downhill corner like he wanted to go past me in the corner. This corner is a pretty steep grade and probably greater than 90 degrees. It's a 20-25 corner for normal cars all day long (though it's not posted...). I can take that corner at about 32 at the most, at least that's what I'm comfortable with. So I took the corner at 32 and stayed in front of the SUV. He got back behind me soon after.

Well, he lost. In his shame he had to get back over pretty quick to make the right turn less than 100 yards from the corner.

The local FB page briefly turned into an FRS vs Genesis coupe battle. Was talking to a guy who had a track edition coupe. I told him to bring his car out to the next autocross, because I had whipped up on one previously (it was all good fun because we know each other) and then some kid that I definitely don't know says "Well my friend Wes would beg to differ. He autoxes his track coupe all the time."

His friend Wes? Yeah, I mopped the floor with him on stock tires. 5 seconds in raw, just slightly less in pax. I don't like getting into pissing matches much, but I was glad to have the times on hand! Haha.

And now I remember why I like racing...

@Tectoniic what are your normal LTFT values when on E85? I was seeing a constant -6 on the freeway this morning while cruising and then with some throttle adjustment I got it between -6 and +1 but I saw like a max of -7.1

I'm still on my first tank of the year and it will probably vary depending on what station you are at and what %E they actually have. I'll grab a log today at lunch and upload it later. I feel like i know what numbers i normally see but am having trouble remembering them

From what i remember. Worst at idle or low throttle is ~-4.69 but normal idle/low throttle for me is like -3.6. Medium to WoT is usually within 2%. I do know that my AFRs get down to like 11.2 under WoT as well

I would definitely reference steve or waynos thread but i think as long as you are within +-8 should be good

EDIT: The stock e85 tune is also setup to run rich as opposed to lean purely for the safety of it so i think that plays a part in it as well.

Steve's thread says anywhere between +/- 10%. So maybe at the station I just got a lower % of ethanol

I'm on my second year of e85 and I've never had over 75% ethanol
