Installed a Perrin CAI and Inlet tube I bought of a member here.

The Install wasn't too hard, but man removing the front bumper is a chore.

Depends on the company, but 18x9.5 +38 should clear stock struts. You're gonna want springs or coils as soon as you get wheels anyway though cause it's gonna look retarded at stock height.

Combined with a reverse lockout adapter used as a jam nut from blox. The knob is relieved for a reverse lockout but its a big relief so the blox adapter fills it nicely and gives you a jam nut.

Found several paint chips around my wheel well so out of necessity, i just bought some colormatched OEM mud/splash guards. I'd prefer it raw (no protection) but in this case I don't want the (road) rash. Still don't really know how I feel without seeing it in person...

Installed my Injen Evo 2000 CAI.. Good god was removing the bumper a horror story. Can anyone direct me to a DiY, haha.

The A clips on both of mine finally snapped at the metal yesterday when trying to put them back in.... Not sure if I'm going to clear markers or just zip tie them.

I thought about using plastidip on my chrome fins. Ended up going the expensive route and putting on the black fins from the Hyper.Blue. This turned out great though.

I didn't know you could get just that piece of the garnish. How much did it run you? If I decide to make it "permanent", I might just have to go that route.

Yea, I wanted to change them black before the Hyper.Blue was announced and I was happy to see I could purchase the OEM fins in black. Same here, but I saw a DIY on here that enlightened me that the chrome fins are held on by double-sided tape. They are $80 for the pair (link below), which was a little pricey but they look really clean and were easy to install once I got the other chrome fins off.

I just put tiny strips of 3m double-sided tape on the top of the side marker. it's working well so far but i'm not sure how easily they'll come out
