SWP BRZ next to white 240Z

BRZ meets it's ancestor. To me they have a lot in common.

I love these shots. The contrast between these two cars for a variety of reasons really makes me hope you have these in wallpaper form

I've owned both, plus a 2000 Celica GT-S, and I couldn't agree more. They are great cars. And related, IMO.

That's a very clean Z! It's always good to see an unmolested car.

I think Nissan might go back to this car in the future but with a more potent engine.

These pictures do an excellent job of showing how spot on the "modern interpretation of classic Japanese sports cars" mission statement for the BRZ/FR-S is, at least in the looks department. If I weren't a car guy I'd never believe this isn't the same vehicle from two different decades, much less not even the same brand.

The owner of the Datsun has 5 Datsun Zs in different colors and restored to new condition. He sat in my car and said he loved it so much he would even consider buying one. He said he loved everything about the BRZ.

Early morning sun. Great shapes.

Maybe you guys can go for a drive together, in each other's cars, and do a dual comparo.

Might be a good idea since he really loves the BRZ and I really love the 240Z.

I love the pics. The biggest reason why I got the BRZ is it's looks and layout are the closest on a modern car I could find to the '77 280Z I rebuilt several years ago.
