yeah, you see what happened when we said free pizza... nearly 40 people came out on a rainy night!

Been a while since we've done the climb from the San Jose side over Mt. Ham to the Junction. I think someone who went over it recently reported the gravel wasn't too bad? Maybe not this weekend as 07jazz already has one planned but maybe we can do that soon...

I might run up there this Saturday morning to cruise....might trek up to Observatory for the view then come back down for a burger..I can report gravel condition and road conditions if I do

Your right there. I can meet Sat mornin at Chevron off Sperry.

Sorry Jazz but your drive is a lil farther then I wanna go this Sat as I gotta be back in Tracy not too late

No worries bro we can always do it another time
I try to do this route about 4 times a year before winter hit
I've been doing it solo for the past 2 years and just love every turn it give and beautiful scenery
Post results of your drive too I've been wanting to do that route for a long time just waiting til the weather get better

Anybody that wants to cruise Mines/Del Puerto this Saturday. Dan and I will so far

When : 8AM , 4/30
Where: meet up @ Chevron off Sperry(15051 Rogers Rd, Patterson, CA)
Leave at 8:30AM
Head up Del Puerto Canyon to The Junction, left onto Mines Road up to the Lick Observatory on top of Mount Hamilton...hangout for a bit...then cruise back down to The Junction for food and a beer. People/car watch then after that if others show up they can head whichever way they'd like. I will take Del Puerto back to I5

I'm no rally driver, but I've always kindof thought that a co-driver spouting off in my ear would be more harmful and distracting than helpful.

Well Drew without a navigator you'd crash pretty quickly OR not be competitive as you wouldnt be able to push the vehicle through the course

I think Drew is just that badass... doesn't need no navigator.

You got that right. That's basically the reason I haven't taken my car out to the track at all. I'd be so much faster than everyone else and completely dominating the 86 cup. I'm actually doing everyone a favor by not competing.

Well, maybe not that extreme, but I'd definitely be faster than @PMok. That's for sure.
