Yep and as far as we know things have not changed. We may be using "science" to explain things within the grasp of our current understanding the same as they called things monsters and magic. We may still be way off base and just don't know it. The future may look at us and laugh at our naïve "sciences".

Well, of course there is the whole "it would pretty much be a brick" thing if you traveled back and showed it to them. Unless the Romans had cell towers...
