This data is crap and at least 3 years old. At this point they are just flopping the same old list from 2014 back out there. It is not even reasonable to think that the list has not changed since 2014. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/the...-is-2014-09-30 The bloody Topaz is still there for crying out loud!

It is also bogus how they set the numbers using percentage of divers per each car as a comparison. To say that car XXX had at 30% rate when they interviewed 9 people and 3 had a ticket can not be listed beside and compared to car YYY with 100 people interviewed and had 3 people for a 3% rate.

When this report (same cars) was discussed here in 14 somebody had a link to the how the states were determined and it was very clear that no attempt was made to normalize the percentages.

Anyone who still drives a Mercury Topaz definitely has something to hide.

No kidding!

That actually brings up another point we discussed before. The tickets are not just speeding or traffic offenses but any ticket. The Topaz could have all been safety issues for all we know. As far as that applies to the FRS just think of how many fix it tickets for tint, exhaust, no plate, etc. that we have seen on here alone.

That picture of the Nissan "350z" is not a 350Z (unless it has some body kit). But it does have a Nissan badge. Anyone know what model it is?
