Is the standard stock FRS head unit good to go if I....

Wanted to just add a 6 or 8 inch Bazooka subwoofer? A bazooka with a Built in amp or not? Thoughts? I'm trying to go the cheap route, and save space.

I wanted to know if I can accomplish this without changing the head unit.

Thx.

i think you can do it easy - i would get the powered bazooke (if you have to go that route) -- the small 8" is about 299 i think - i bought one of these yrs ago for another car -- i already checked and the stock head unit has the RCA plugs - so all you need is that + the power from the battery.
