It is the STI shift knob from Japan. I purchased it from JapanParts but you can also grab one from FT86SpeedFactory:
http://www.ft86speedfactory.com/sti-...l#.Vw1W6DArJhE

As for the armrest, it is the Subaru BRZ TS armrest. Once again, I purchased it from JapanParts but it is also sold on FT86SpeedFactory:

If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask.

What year is this car? I have a '14 limited, but my passenger seat is different than yours. It looks like you have alcantara on the side bolsters and fabric on the base, my side bolsters are leather and the base is alcantara.

it's a 2015 RS1. yes that's alcantara on the side bolsters and a mesh type fabric on the base of the stock seat. might be stock for 2015+ but not sure.

not my pic

How challenging was the suede wrap of the gauge cluster panel on the other car? Ive always wanted to do that, but I wasnt sure how it would turn out because of the shape.

* Full Nexus 7 2013 Headunit (old headunit completely removed from car).
* The two dash pieces Jbwelded together
* Dash opening bogged to fit nexus 7 with zero gaps while maintaining shape of original piece
* Suede inserts near AC controls

That one is very difficult due to the shape. A lot of adhesive at the right spots, must be put on at the right angle, can't lift and redo. A lot of time need to be spent on that one. I charge more $ on that one than the other two on the right side.

@JS + BRZ

are you using suede or alcantara? Kinda thinkign it's suede as that's the term being thrown around haha. If so, it looks exactly the same as alcantara and for non touch surfaces that's best.

Can you send me a quote on the dashboard (both pieces, passenger and then the head unit surround) and the gauge cover above the cluster?

So alcantara is actually a synthetic suede made out of polyester and polyurethane developed in the 70's. It's more durable than suede and also pretty stain resistant and won't lose it's color due to UV exposure. So they will look the same(kind of the point) the overall longevity and actual feel is going to be different.
