actually on the track they are very very beneficial in combating brake fade.... however on the street they just look cool

it's alright, it's your car and do what you want with it. I want the Garage Vary intake duct which is about as useless as your ducts but isn't as much as the APR ducts but it does keep intake temps down on the track.

Not sure. I had it on my Perrin Fat knob and it was a stretch to get it on. Fits on Type R type knobs too. Dont know how big the spherology is
