The diffuser will do all the things you stated (increased fuel economy, reduction in lift, better stability) and it will do them without the front splitter. The front splitter and rear diffuser work well in harmony but do not need one another to work.

That is correct, the front splitter race upgrade is recommended at speeds greater than 130 KPH due to the forces it sees.
Great, that was exactly the info I was looking for. Do you know by how much exactly the angle from the tires up to the bumper/exhaust decreases with the non-aggressive version? Thinking if there will be any problems going over bumps or up steep driveways..?

I'm really interested in this now.

Do you have any distributors in Europe or is the splitter only available through FT86SF?

The strakes are the lowest point and when properly installed are near horizontal with the road surface (negating rake).

When installed in the absolute lowest position, the strakes are around the same height as the bottom of the differential.

We currently do not have a European shop; however, we're looking for one.

Okay, so ground clearance shouldn't be a problem at all...

I guess you aren't close to finding a European shop? Would make it a lot easier than ordering from the states...

Even with the aggressive one, I've never scraped the strakes. And I regularly go in/out of some excessively steep / arc'd parking lots / street intersections / speed bumps.

and you haven't scraped? That's a good sign do you think it ever would? or it would if the car was pretty lowered?

I take care when I go through a weirdly arc'd parking lot to street transition - I go slow. My car is stock height. Over large speed bumps and stuff, I gun it - zero fucks given.

If the car was .... _low_ - I'd imagine it could hit. But I'm not a fan of low, so again.... zero fucks given.

Alright I'd just have to look at the clearance I have in the rear with the current setup I'm at. The aggressive version looks sweet and reminds me of the diffuser off the TRD griffon.

Looking to see if any lowered guys scrape the diffuser when dailying the car? Would almost consider just taking it off for daily use and then place it back on when going to track.

Answer from a lowered guy (1.4" rear 1.6" front) and with the aggressive version.

If you can scrape the front, you can scrape the rear with the aggressive version. So, dog walk (approach diagonally so that one wheel is in/on the dip/bump at a time) over them speed bumps and dips, go slowly. Chances are you won't scrape either the front or back. If you do scrape, since the scraping is on the bottom of the strake, it's never seen. The mounting points have some give (vertically), so you won't break or bend the diffuser either. All of these design considerations Velox did a great job with.

Next/last step for car underside for completeness would be creating rally skid plate instead of splitter . These tranny tunnel covers .. are they some new product? First time noticing them mentioned.
