Also fun and exhausting weekend.

Wrapped up local meet few hours ago, went to go eat, then came back to take a nap to go hang with the night buddies at work. Figured we go out and do something to build camaraderie I suppose.

Idk how people go out and party every single weekend. I just want to be like a vegetable and veggie at home.

Won't be able to do it when I'm older, so might as well do it now!

Can confirm. Retired from the party scene a couple of years ago. Way too old.

I'm only 24 and already feel the onset of ailments coming on!

Just want to simply watch Netflix and literally chill.

Hah. This is true.

I'm 24 as well & I always nap before going out or else I get groggy. Never thought I'd see this day!

Live fast, die young. 25 will be my mid-life crisis

Pfftt.. According to people I encounter on the street, we are already going through our mid-life crisis due to the car we have.

Wonder what those same people would say if I had a Corvette? Probably the same with a large serving of "how rich are you?" and "how rich are your parents?"

I hate that one. I get it all the time. Along with a side of "do you sell drugs?"

I think it's because I look like I'm 16. Doesn't help, I'm sure!

Just registered for my first auto-x event of the year! (finally)

NWR-SCCA's novice school. If I'm understanding the details right, 1st day has instructors at the ready. Then you get to come back the next day for more!

Basically a 2 for 1 deal @ 50 dollars.

Dont do the camber bushings. I have them cuz I got them cheap and got a hook up from my mechanic for the install since i just brought in the control arms to have the old ones taken out ($50 for bushings and $50 for install). My alignment guy also hates me. Since I know him he charged me regular price but normally it would have been 50% higher cuz its a bitch. I kinda want to swap them for the non-adjustable ones just cuz the bushings are a great improvement and swap to Whiteline LCA.

But definitely get the Yellows. Great spring that I would run if I wasnt building towards autox.

Regarding last sentence: So I'm not planning hardcore track or auto-x anytime soon (or if ever with this car). Just doing events every now and then. Not looking to put down times, just have fun.

Essentially mostly DD, "canyon/backroad" runs. Still safe to run the springs?

Oh yeah. Thats what they are meant for. I had them for a while myself and my car is mostly DD/Canyon runs. I just meant I swapped to coils since I needed higher spring rates to get competative at autox. But I miss how nice the Yellows rode on a daily basis with the boost in confidance from the predictable handling they give the car with a comfy ride still

Dammit, now I really want these springs. You and jawn should be spokesmen for RCE.

If only I didn't have the shitty 8% interest on my loan... Still beats some kid that I saw on fb. He has 21%!!!
