I think I mentioned a while back my desire to drive a 4C. Well, the dealership finally has them on the actual lot and not just the showroom floor or sidewalk. I think they should let me drive one now. But I thought about it and it actually makes me nervous. I bet visibility is worse than in our car and it's more powerful and rear-engine.

Rear (16): 205/50, 215/45

Random thought: has anyone ever tried to change the red light ring around the ignition out for another color?

Mid engine and designed to handle the power. Even then you are only talking about 40 or so HP in a car about the same weight. Mind you those slight difference add up fast. They are a freakin' rocket but it doesn't feel like it.
Try one if they will let you. Oh and yes the visibility sucks!

I've seen folks run 205/225 staggered, which you could pull off on 16x7s with a nice tire.

Honestly the visibility makes me more nervous than the driving dynamic. I'll puttputt like a grandma in it. I just don't want to wreck the thing.

I have no idea what they cost there but when I took one for a very subdued drive last year I was about $85K worth of nervous!

When I was driving home this morning, I encountered jaywalkers.

As I passed them, I threw my hands up in a motion that essentially stated "the fuck you guys doing? Trying to get run over by cars?"

I was probably 100 ft or so passed them, looked back, and spotted one of the guys giving me the bird. I stopped the car and he disappeared so fast, he could've been the Flash.

Probably not the best way to behave, but I always gun it as soon as they're clear. I make sure I at least sound pissed.

I downshift usually.

I guess they didn't expect I was going as fast as I was in the wee early morning hours. Seriously though, I hate it when people know they are in the wrong and pass it off as they arent.

I've motioned to people plenty of times to put their phone down while driving and they simply give me the bird. I'm just like.... wtf???

As much as I miss being able to accelerate uphill in the snow... the VSC is pretty amazing! I threw her into some turns way to hard and she just shook her head at me. I mean yellow lights flashing, vibrations, major speed penalties but she straightened me right the fuck out with the quickness.

Also, I was scrolling through channels earlier and I went past the sports channels. There was a show called Road to the Draft. I thought it said Drift and got excited. I did a double take and was sad.
