how much should I lower brz ?

going to be eventually getting tein flex coilovers and want yalls input on the point of no return for performance on car. after what point will the car still handling horrible when i lower it ? I was thinking anything passed 1 inch would just start effecting handling and ride

Depends on what you want to do and why you want to lower it.

Also, "handle" "pass" "affect"

trial and error is usually a great tactic. but for you ill recommend lower it till your bumper rips off while you drive

Anything past 1.4" drop will affect roll centre. 1-1.3" drop is probably the most appropriate if you feel the need to drop the car.

Anything lower than 30mm from stock height can negatively affect suspension geometry. That's the rule I've stuck by and it's worked pretty well. I couldn't see going any lower than that for daily driving anyway.

Why lower it at all? Didn't the engineers get it right the first time?
