TRD HQ is apparently in Costa Mesa (only 15 minutes from my place) and Five Axis is located in Huntington Beach (where I work). Maybe I should swing by?

Side Note: I nearly when I saw the tC on the homepage of Five Axis. No offense to the company and their employees. I'm sure they're all great, hard-working people.

True. All the Honda variants are different in a lot of ways compared to there Acura counterparts. Nothing bugs me more than seeing an Acura badged as a Honda etc... RSX, Integra

I'm going to debadge mine too even if it's a Toyota. The car looks way too sick to have the burden of a brand. Think about the Genesis, it looks almost like a Bentley without the Hyundai logo.

Say what? The only 2 similarities are 1 motor and 4 wheels. I did it again.

Even you d-badge your car, what do you expect people to call? People still say that it's just a Scion. If it's marketed as a Scion, even though you re-badge as Ferrari, it's still a Scion. I'm not saying that Scion is bad, but it's doesn't do anything for me like Toyota does.

I'm sure what he meant is that if you were to debadge a Genesis, there would be many people out there who would not know what kind of car it was but would assume that it was a very expensive one (when, in fact, the Genesis is not, compared to other luxury brand pricing).

Well, you can import the Toyota version from Europe, because since we have no Scion here, it's obvious that the Toyota version will be a Toyota, however, 3 Toyota badges would probably be cheaper then the import operation.

I don't know what you guys have against Scion's. Scion's are 100% built in Japan, while Toyota's are built in the USA. So would you rather have a FT-86 or whatever its going to be called built here? or from where it was designed?
