OFT Maps suitable for UK fuels

Hi

Are there any OFT maps that can use UK fuel (99 RON ideally) or are they all USA specific maps?

Does anyone have tactrix maps for UK specific fuels?

Thanks

Steve

Use the maps for 91. You might be ok to use 93 on V-Power.

Actually I think the G series OFT ones are US 91 tunes, but don't state it. I have them on my laptop. @steve99 / @Wayno might have a good one of his he could share with you.

The US uses octane rating, we only use RON. Octane is (RON+MON)/2. If you do the math (if you can find the bloody data), V-Power comes out at 92.5 minimum, most other SUL being 97 RON is 90.5-91 Octane.

Yep all the tunes for other than USA/Canada C/D series roms only come in one petrol rating the lower one ie 91 octane rating only (unless you have E85)

@Wayno has posted up some specificly tailored maps for 98 ron fuel here if your on A01G rom or A01I but its easy enough to port across changes to other rom calids, see attachments at end of post linked below

If you use ZA1JA01G OFT maps then you can just flash away. Just be aware that to use Tactrix you need to know far more about what you're doing, it's much easier to kill the ECU if you make a mistake. If this bothers you, go OFT/ECUtek where the chances of doing this are almost impossible.

Here in germany im using Aral Ultimate 102.

102ROZ (RON?) + 90MOZ (MON?) .

It seems to be 96 octane for the US guys.

edit: so USA 93 ([98ROZ+88MOZ]/2) octane should be EU 98 octane.

its a clone mate, buy it from www.tactrix.com they are about $160 usa, if its cheaper than that its either second hand or a clone, a bricked ecu is not worth it
