FI car - P0300 code, and now hesitation/bogging at higher rpm

My car is a 2015 FR-S. I recently had the SBD turbo kit installed, tuned by Moto-East. I'm on the 3rd tune revision and everything has been going great - car was driving like a dream.

Then today while driving to work, I did a pull in 4th gear. Hit a steady 10.4psi - right on target. Right around redline I shifted into 5th, and I had a CEL flash for few seconds. Everything seemed to be running ok still and I continued to work.

When I arrived, I hooked up my laptop and pulled a code - P0300 - multiple cylinder/random misfire. I cleared the code.

When I left work to drive home, the car started fine and idled fine. Driving around town from light to light was completely normal as well. But once I got on the highway, the car was running like crap - it was fine until 4500rpm or so, but after that would start hesitating/bogging like crazy. It was hard to get the car up to 5000rpm. Once I got off the highway, everything was still running smoothly while idling at stop lights etc.

Any ideas here? Is it possible that it's a coil issue? Did I blow up my car?

Mike at Moto-East should be able to help you out easily. He's one of the best tuners out there for our car!

Did you clamp the Evap line under the intake manifold?

It sounds a whole hell of a lot like it popped off.

If it pops off, you have an open port under the intake leaking boost, downstream of the MAF sensor. Bad things follow.

Lots of people have had the same issue with the same symptoms.

Anyone should do this before turbo install. The hose also leading from the evap to the hardline by the injectors also isn't clamped and can pop off.

Sorry for bump, but I'm having the same issue with the SBD kit. How did you fix this?

sorry for the necro...Had this exact same issue at the track today. Wouldn't go over like 6000 rpm and felt like fuel was cutting out or something. AFR looks fine so doesn't seem like injector/sparkplugs. Also have a bad o2 sensor I believe, which I will replace.
