I was talking about starting with a good alignment, not a messed up one and fixing it.

1. You can get around -2.5 or so without camber plates with our RCE Tarmac coilovers.
2. What type of tire and what type of competition? auto-x, time attack, track days? Do you have any other suspension mods?
3. You'll be fine.

I have a whiteline front sway from prev. owner. I also have whiteline camber bolt brand new not yet installed (is -3 doable). Do you guys suggest roll center and bumpsteer correction product from whiteline? I want to lower about 1.2in or maybe 1in if 1.2 is too much.
I am thinking running hankook rs3 since they're affordable and will be competing in auto-x, and some track days in summer.
What tires you suggest running? I have stock wheels with 500 tread wear, will be using them for daily to save grippy tires for auto-x and track.
Thanks for the info. I will give you guys a call soon to order thru phone after I gather all my money. Waiting for the pay check at the moment.
I need as much info as possible, and thanks all for those inputs.

I don't autoX myself, but I've heard the tire du jour is the RE71R.

Well since he has coils he won't be in CS, since he's only got 7" wheels he won't be competitive in STX, the RS3's will last well through the season and do well at track days and he's probably going to be DD'ing them so they're probably the right choice for him at the moment.

Edit: But yes right now BF Goodrich Rival S and Bridgestone RE71R are kings of the hill. That could change though, I don't have my ear to the ground yet but there could be something quietly released in the next few weeks that's faster, maybe BFG will covertly update their compound to be more competitive. Tire wars are fun to watch, but expensive, I've seen it before, hope it doesn't get too nuts. Seems like the 71R's heat cycle out about the same time they run out of tread, alarming for track and day to day usage but solid well through 100+ runs from what I've heard so for a dedicated autox tire I think it might be better than what was available in the past, some of which would heat cycle out at 50 runs I've heard

Whiteline roll center kit helps, but may not be legal for your auto-x class.

The RE71R are fast as the others have said, but don't last long.

RS3 are a fine all around choice but the tire wars move fast and it's hard for me to keep up. There may be other good options.

Glad to help.

Roll center kit is definitely not legal for STX. I'm pretty sure it bumps the car into Street Modified.
